GEORGE ANDERSON, MSW, LCSW, CEAP, CAMF​
George Anderson is a Board-Certified Diplomate in Psychotherapy, A Fellow in the American Orthopsychiatric Association and the first global provider of emotional intelligence coaching, training, workbooks, and videos. He is the author of five books; Gaining Control of Ourselves, Controlling Ourselves, Parenting in a Troubled World, A Ray of Hope, and The Practice of Control.

Mr. Anderson completed Post Graduate training in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy from the Harvard University School of Medicine (1973) and previously taught in the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute, Pepperdine University, and Simmons College School of Social Work. Currently, he is the major provider of language and culture specific curricula in Anger Management and Domestic Violence Intervention. His workbooks are published in English, Vietnamese, Korean, Spanish and Russian.

George Anderson was the technical consultant on the popular 2003 film Anger Management staring Jack Nicholson, and Adam Sandler. He also appeared on the Cover of the Los Angeles Times Magazine in its August 28, 2005 edition titled The Least Angry Man.

NANCY ANDERSON
Nancy Anderson is President of Anderson & Anderson, and the quiet impetus for its success. Nancy earned a bachelor’s and two master’s Degrees from UCLA, where she was a member of the clinical and training faculty at the Neuropsychiatric Institute. Nancy participated in training medical students and residents in the educational needs of children and adolescents. She is licensed in Educational Psychology and Clinical Social Work. Currently,

Nancy maintains a clinical psychotherapy practice at Anderson & Anderson and is available for consultation on educational or family issues. In addition to Executive Coaching, Nancy provides psychotherapy for coaching clients who may need psychotherapy prior to coaching or in addition to coaching. Frequently, the spouses of clients request to be a part of the coaching experience if it relates to relationship issues.

Finally, Nancy helps deal with family conflicts or stressors that can often impact the effectiveness of leaders and may require addition assistance.

BRYAN ANDERSON

Bryan Anderson received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Kenyon College in 2008, and his Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University in 2013. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Bryan returned to Los Angeles and worked as a behavioral therapist at UCLA Early Childhood Partial Hospitalization Program from 2008 – 2011.

ECPHP is a day program for young children with autism spectrum disorders, made up of a multidisciplinary team working together to address severe behavioral issues, as well as academic, cognitive, and social deficits. While working at ECPHP, Bryan began authoring an Anger Management and social skills curriculum for use with all children in school or clinic settings. The curriculum is co-authored by leading UCLA researchers Dr. Stephany Freeman and Dr. Tanya Paparella, and features illustrations by a fellow Columbia graduate.

At UCLA he was responsible for Adult Inpatient Psychiatry unit, as well as serving as a care coordinator and group facilitator in the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program. Additionally, Bryan worked part-time as a consultant and Anger Management coach at Anderson & Anderson. Bryan specializes in providing behavioral therapy, specialized Anger Management and EQ coaching, school consultations, and psychotherapy. He has extensive experience working with children and families, and in educational settings.

Bryan was an Adjunct Faculty at Texas A&M University School of Engineering, teaching Emotional Intelligence Coaching for graduate students in engineering.

He is currently working at the prestigious Brentwood School in Los Angeles as the Director of Counseling.

Bryan’s book, Grab The Wheel, Helping Young Children Manage Explosive Anger is featured on our website, and broadens Anderson & Anderson’s resources for young children.
